Free Trial Periods

Free trials of certain LegalNature Services may be offered from time to time to new members upon establishing an account and providing a valid payment method. Upon completion of any free trial period, unless your account has been cancelled, your account will automatically join a paid monthly membership. You authorise LegalNature to charge your registered payment method a reoccurring monthly membership fee. The terms and conditions of the offer shall govern any free trials; if no such terms and conditions are contained in the offer, this Agreement shall govern and its specific provisions shall apply to all matters of which the offer is silent.

No refund shall be available for free trials properly converted to paid services or for fees of membership or other services. Cancellation of any paid subscription can be obtained either through editing your account settings or calling the customer service number posted on the Website.

You may cancel your free trial membership at any time during the free trial period and for any reason. Cancellations can be processed by either contacting LegalNature’s customer service department, through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations occurring during a free trial period will not incur any subscription plan fees.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans give you unlimited access to documents on either a rolling monthly or annual basis. Fees for said subscriptions shall be charged on the renewal day in advance.

 

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time and for any reason by contacting LegalNature’s customer service department, through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Your cancellation will become effect at the end of the corresponding subscription period. You will continue to have access to your account until the period ends. LegalNature does not issue prorated refunds for cancellations occurring during a subscription period.

Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days, beginning from the commencement date of your free trial period, to cancel your membership and be eligible for a refund of any fees paid. In order to request a refund, you must contact LegalNature’s customer service department or email [email protected]. Upon requesting a refund, your membership will be terminated and you will no longer have access to your account.

You will find links to third-party websites on our Website. These websites have their own privacy policies that you should check. LegalNature does not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever, or the consequences of visiting such sites through the links provided on our site, as LegalNature has no control over third-party websites.
