Mutual NDA vs. Unilateral NDA

The difference between a mutual NDA and a unilateral NDA regards the terms of the agreement. If one party (called the disclosing party) requires another party (called the recipient) to maintain confidentiality, then a unilateral NDA is used. On the other hand, if confidential information is shared reciprocally between both parties, then a mutual NDA is used.

LegalNature's non-disclosure agreement can be mutual or unilateral.
